29th April 2006

Our flight was at 6pm in the evening, but we checked out of the hotel at 11am. The mistress bought so much dat she had 3 luggages to manage. The few boxes of biscuits bought at 奋起湖 is unexpectedly heavy for BISCUITS.

The mess of our hotel room at 金师饭店.

We took the MRT to Taipei Main Station and left our luggage in the lockers there and travelled back to 西门丁 in search of 阿宗面线. Somehow all the frens that have been to Taiwan couldnt exactly direct us to the 阿宗面线 place, so we walked quite some unnecessary distance b4 raising the white flag and asking the locals.

阿宗面线

To faciliate others, the mistress had taken photos of the landmarks ard 阿宗面线.

Firstly, turn right from 西门丁 station and walk until u see this building.

Turn right when u see the building above to go into this small alley.

There u are, 阿宗面线 with its usual crowd of people standing and eating outside the shop.

Maybe it was due to the high expectations that we had even b4 coming to Taiwan, that we din find it superly out of this world. The 阿宗面线 doesnt contain any orrhhs. It was done with pig's intestines or stomachs. NT40 per bowl.

We went back to Taipei Main Station to collect our luggages.

美真香 has ventured into the Taiwan market. There's a 新加坡 wording at the signboard at the side too.

On the way, we bought some Mister Donuts after being attracted by the que n wondering if its really as nice as the que shows.

The que outside Mister Donut. QUE FOR DONUTS!!

There u go, the mistresses' Mister Donuts, crumpled from the clutching of donuts in one hand, struggling with the luggages on the other.

Pon De Double Chocolat

Custard French which the mistress ate up b4 taking pictures to gian people.

Choco Custard

Conclusion: Its not too sweet nor oily. The mistress would give it 4 outta 5.

That's our flight!

The seats of Jetstar Asia flying to Taipei. Pretty reasonable for the price. The air-stewardess had a bad command of Mandarin, which almost made me burst out laffing whenever she got stuck at some phrase.

As the weather was not all bright and sunny, we encountered quite a few turbulences due to the wind. We landed at 11pm at the Changi airport.

The mistresses' 战利品s:-

She went Taiwan for these!

Suddenly she realised she bought a lot of MONKEY tees! The blue and the pink one at the back are printed with monkey cartoons. There's still another black color tee, with monkey design oso!

The CDs she bought. The 何以奇 CD was due to the incessant bombarding of 让你飞 on radios, TVs, or the music in shops. The whole CD actually only dat song nice. Her voice is not as good compared to 同恩. The other CD is her 堂本刚's Endlicheri*Endlicheri.

She bought quite a few pairs of studs n earrings there.

Here's Doggy saying bye to Taiwan, and the readers! Till the next trip!! Cya~
